Junior Australian iron ore miner Atlas Iron has agreed an all-share merger with prospector Warwick Resources, Atlas said on Tuesday.
Atlas said it was offering one of its shares for every three Warwick shares in a deal backed by Warwick. The combined company would aim for annual output of 26 million tonnes by 2014.
