A total of 45 coking coal enterprises in Shandong Province in Northeast China yesterday formed a coke group to ride out the tough period, sources reported.
Wang Qingtao, director-general of the newly formed coke giant, said the group has a coke production capacity of 30 million tons and will realize around RMB 60 billion in annual sales revenue.
The group will also seek a long-term, stable partnership with Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co Ltd and other coke companies to optimize resource deployment.
